MANUFACTURING AND THE "5-S'S" OF WORKPLACE IMPROVEMENT
This
New 1-Day interactive workplace simulation demonstrates the cost
and labor efficiencies available by eliminating waste through implementing
several "Lean Manufacturing" principles. Participants
begin by manufacturing "airplanes" in a traditional manufacturing
setting. The results of the first simulation round provide the
setting for continuous improvement applying lean manufacturing principles.

2nd Tuesday of each month at the Denton Chamber of Commerce
