IRS TAX WORKSHOP FOR SMALL BUSINESSES IRS representative will explain basic tax requirements affecting your business, including: adequate record keeping, advantages & disadvantages of sole proprietorship, partnership, and corporations. LEAN MANUFACTURING AND THE "5-S'S" OF WORKPLACE IMPROVEMENT This New 1-Day interactive workplace simulation demonstrates the cost and labor efficiencies available by eliminating waste through implementing several "Lean Manufacturing" principles. Participants begin by manufacturing "airplanes" in a traditional manufacturing setting.
