This is by far the most popular course that we offer. "First Time Users" is designed to help those who have never turned a computer on, as well as those who have enough education to just get by. It is the building-block for the rest of the classes that NTRN offers. Once the user knows the basics about a computer, classes like Microsoft Word and the Internet are easier to teach and learn.
