SELF DEFENSE


Women’s Self Defense

Learn basic kicks and strikes and escapes from common attacks such as hair-pulls, chokes, and bear hugs.  The course will focus on proactive measures to avoid confrontation, but instill confidence to handle a crisis should one arise.  Open to age 12 and above.

Weight Training & Conditioning

Aimed at developing the strength and size of skeletal muscles, you will use a variety of specialized equipment (weighted bars, dumbbells or weight stacks) to target muscle groups and type of movement.  Women who wish to build core strength and tone instead of bulk will be showed variations by instructor.
