Besides collegiate level course work, other community educational services are available at the Bowie Campus. The Small Business Development Center periodically conducts classes on how to start small businesses, government regulations and compliance issues, keeping records, patent, copyrights or trademark workshops. SBDC also provides free and confidential counseling to existing small businesses and those seeking to start a new business. Contact Michael Jacob, SBDC Counselor, at mjacob@nctc.edu for an appointment specifying your preferred campus for the meeting.
