Employees working in this department are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the college's physical plant at all three campuses.   Some of their responsibilities include the following: 

• Delivering mail and packages
• Changing light bulbs
• Repairing plumbing problems from a leaky faucet to a major water leak
• Monitoring and changing the temperature in offices and classrooms
• Helping with the courier service to Corinth
• Setting up rooms for various functions
  • Request for setup form
• Changing key cores and repairing locks
• Mowing, weedeating, watering and other general yard work
• Putting together and delivering furniture
• Painting rooms and trim on buildings
• Staining buildings
• Performing other various and sundry requests from employees and faculty
